In a former Protestant church in the centre of Biefang, a small district in the north-west of Oberhausen, we, Conny and Dirk, have completely rebuilt and lovingly furnished a 50 sqm holiday flat in the former group room on the 1st floor in 2024.
The flat has a living room with open-plan kitchen, a completely new bathroom and bedroom with spacious wardrobes and 2 beds.
Access to the flat is via a separate entrance secured with a numerical code. Continue via a currently not yet renovated staircase to the first floor. The flat has a lockable entrance door.

Our house is located right in the centre of the green district of Oberhausen Biefang, not far from the Duisburg city limits.
In two minutes you can reach several public transport stops with which you are mobile in the Verkehrs Verbund Rhein Ruhr (VRR) throughout Oberhausen and the rest of the Ruhr area.
Oberhausen Sterkrade railway station is 2.5 km away. From there you can reach all Ruhr area cities, Düsseldorf city centre (approx. 45 min.),
Düsseldorf Airport (approx. 35 min.) and other cities such as Cologne and Amsterdam without any problems.
The A3 motorway junction Sterkrade Holten is only 500m away.
The Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen Schalke is approx. 22 km away. On request, we offer a low-cost shuttle service for events.
Just round the corner is a small kiosk with breakfast options and goods for daily needs.
